Direct Debit Service Agreement
I authorise the merchant to debit my card with the amount specified above and amounts in accordance with the Terms & Agreements at the intervals specified. I am aware that this contract is subject to a cooling off period. This is an ongoing membership contract.
As recipient of the Direct Debit Request Form (DDR) from you, we will:

1. Only debit your account in accordance with the Client Agreement.
2. Allow you to stop any direct debit item by giving Playfit Pty Ltd (Merchant) the appropriate written notice specified by the type of membership you hold.
3. Provide you with 14 days notice if we propose to vary any of your direct debit arrangements.
As the provider of a DDR you:
1. Authorise us to process a direct debit item at the times and for the amounts specified in the Client Agreement.
2. Agree to advise us immediately of any reason why a direct debit item may not be processed. In such instances an alternative method of payment must be arranged 3 days prior to the due date and payment received by the due date.
3. Will advise us in writing of your intention to withdraw, giving Playfit Pty Ltd appropriate written notice based on your membership type. Where the DDR is withdrawn or cancelled, you agree to pay any outstanding or future debts under the Client Agreement.
4. Will advise us of any disputed direct debit item as soon as practically possible. Such advice should detail the amount of the dispute, the reason for the dispute and your client details.
5. Authorise us to disclose information to our Financial Institution for the purposes of investigating any claim connected with an alleged incorrect or wrongful direct debit item.
6. Acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure sufficient clear funds are available in the relevant account to permit the payment of direct debit in accordance with this DDR and the Client Agreement.


ALL Playfit Memberships are auto- renewed as outlined in all our sign up forms. See Membership Cancellation policies below.

Weekly Memberships - All Weekly Memberships are processed 24 hours prior to the game start time. There are no charges during a BYE game week.

Season Memberships - All Season Memberships are due prior the season commencing. Season memberships are processed within 7 days of the start date of the season.   

Membership Cancellation policies - Any request to cancel or change a membership must be made in writing (email) to info@playfit.com.au. Weekly membership 14 days cancellation policy, Season & Yearly Membership before the last game of the season. 

Sports Insurance - All players are required to take out sports insurance each season (payable 7 days prior to the season commencement date). If you have joined in the last 4 weeks of the season your sports insurance will roll over to the following season.

No show fee - Players who "no show" will incur a fee of $10.00.

Late game cancellation fee - players who provide (via text or email) less than 7 hours notice will incur a "late cancellation" fee of $10. 

No show membership cancellation policy- Players who "no-show" three (3) times in any single season, with no club communication, will have their membership immediately terminated as per standard membership cancellation terms. 

Exit Club with Outstanding Fees

Members acknowledge they are required to be up to date with all fee's prior to exiting the club. Any member who is not up to date with all fee's prior to giving notice to exit the club acknowledges and agree's that Membership Fee's will continue to accrue as per the terms of each membership, and that any and all fee's will continue to be due, until all outstanding fees are settled.

Example. "Hosay Nopay" is on a Weekly Membership and gives notice to exit the club with three weeks games still owing. Hosay's Weekly Membership fee's will continue to accrue until the outstanding three weeks, plus the additional accrued fee's, are settled in full. Four weeks later Hosey wishes to settle his fee's which are now:

3 weeks owing at time of notice + 4 weeks additional accrued fee's = 7 weeks fee's.

Playfit reserves all rights to pursue members unpaid fee's including, but not limited to, seeking legal enforcement via Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). Members acknowledge and agree they are liable for all costs and filing fee's relating to enforcement of unpaid members fee's.

Late Weekly Membership fees

All Weekly Memberships are due 24 hours prior to their session/game start time. Players who have not paid within 7 days are not permitted to continue playing on court and will lose their spot in the club. 

Late Season Membership fees

Members acknowledge they are required to be up to date with all fee's before playing. 

All Memberships are due on the first day to the first week of the season. Any members who have not PAID IN FULL by the end of the end of the 1st week of the season shall automatically lose their spot in the club.  

Playfit reserves all rights to pursue members unpaid fee's including, but not limited to, seeking legal enforcement via Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). Members acknowledge and agree they are liable for all costs and filing fee's relating to enforcement of unpaid members fee's.

Exceptions to the "Cancellation of a Season Membership". 

An exception may be granted under certain circumstances (i.e player injury). Any request to cancel or change a membership must be made in writing (email) to info@playfit.com.au. A $50 fee applies.

Any request to cancel or change an enrolment must be made in writing (email) to info@playfit.com.au. 

More than 21 days notice provided- 90% Refundable
More than 14 days notice provided - 30% Refundable
Less than 14 days notice  - Non Refundable

Refunds take 3 - 10 working days to process.
